Here, we outline the two types of die casting capabilities we offer.
Hot chamber die casting is a rapid process with a typical casting cycle lasting within 20 minutes. It enables the high-volume production of comparatively intricate parts.The process is ideal for zinc alloy, lean alloys, copper and other alloys with low melting point.
The cold chamber die casting process is predominantly employed for alloys characterized by high melting points, such as aluminum, magnesium, select copper alloys, and ferrous alloys
